vertostudios.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that or for our accounting obligations.
Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page and inside the app. That policy is the one that applies to the app.
We run internal tools (“Verto Content Engine”) that connect only to Google accounts owned by Verto Studios. They use YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel and read the status of those videos, and the Google Search Console API to read search performance for our own websites. They do not access anyone else’s account.
The access tokens are stored on our own computer, are not shared with anyone and are never sold or used for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. By using these tools we follow the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and object to how we use it. Write to hello@vertostudios.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
